My Story

Topher is a prior Air Force Captain who now works as a contractor and flight instructor. He is the current Mr. Las Vegas Leather and the President of the Las Vegas boys of Leather. In addition to helping to grow the community in Vegas, in 2023 he started ARBARC, the local pup group, with a few close friends. They currently hold monthly bar events, hikes and other community events for pups and handlers to get together.
